For my first contribution, I wanted to share what I've learned in the last few months about gender diversity in the boardroom. More importantly, I wanted to provide actionable insights for those seeking meaningful results. It's not only the right thing to do, it's the smart thing to do. After all, today, women drive most financial consumer purchasing decisions. Boards that fail to include representatives from their core customer target group are missing on key opportunities for growth.
