GREICE MURPHY BIO

Born and raised in Brazil, Greice founded and built one of the fastest growing healthcare companies in America. She now helps other entrepreneurs and executives scale their businesses as a board member, investor, advisor, and mentor.

In 2010, Greice founded Advanced Care Partners (ACP) with the purpose of raising the quality of homecare nursing services delivered to medically fragile children across Georgia and Florida. In less than a decade, ACP extended its services to adult care and its footprint to Texas. The company also launched an international recruiting agency to help solve the nationwide nursing shortage.

Greice led ACP as its CEO from its inception until June 2021. As a result of her leadership, ACP grew organically and through acquisitions at an annual rate of 40-50% with a team of 1,300+ employees, becoming one of the few companies in the U.S. ever to make the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private-Companies list for seven years in a row.

In 2018, Greice spearheaded the acquisition of the company with Council Capital. As the founder, board member and shareholder, her focus is to improve operating efficiencies, enhance profit margins, advise the management team on initiatives to maximize equity value. She remains deeply engaged in shaping the company’s trajectory, advising on operating efficiencies and strategic initiatives as ACP readies for its next go-to-market phase.

In October 2022, Greice acquired Miami Stem Cell®, one of the nation’s top regenerative medicine institutes. Under her leadership, the clinic achieved 10x growth, expanding from a single focus on autologous procedures to become a leader in allogeneic regenerative medicine. Today, Miami Stem Cell sits at the frontier of modern medicine, offering treatments with stem cells, exosomes, peptides, weight loss, and anti-aging protocols. Building on this momentum, she launched BetterStem, designed to deliver scalable and compliant autism treatments that combine stem cell regenerative therapies with advanced data-driven care models.

Greice’s impact extends far beyond business. As a board member of the Orphaned Starfish Foundation (OSF), she helps lead efforts to open technology schools for orphans in 32 countries, equipping children with tools, education, and opportunity to transform their futures.

Greice began her career in the U.S. in 2003 as a currency trader with Global Money Remittance. Her finance expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and deep sense of care for families underpin her leadership philosophy. She has been widely recognized for her achievements: in 2020, she received the Legendary Award from the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), and in 2021, she was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year®. She has also served as a lead judge for the award program for the past four years, mentoring founders across industries.

Greice loves helping companies hone their vision and build a scalable model to better serve all stakeholders. Beyond her own ventures, Greice serves as a board member and advisor to companies including Crisp, Biatch Tequila, and SakeBomb, and has invested in ventures such as Optios, Voyager Space, Rule1 Venture, Brijjit, and ShoulderUp, participating in its IPO and acquisition process.

Greice earned a bachelor’s degree in Radiology from Ulbra University and a master’s in business from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She actively shares her expertise as a contributor to Forbes Business Council and Inc.
